Being able to park in car park - very irritating when spaces have been taken up e.g non blue badge visitors - or staff whilst I had to stand for a long time at reception (admitted e.g a rare occurrence. It would be good to sit down otherwise very good!!

Telephone calls never come within an hour. Would prefer internet appointment system again. Hold on phone for over twenty min to be cut off and have to call again. You need to change the withheld number on the telephone.
